Pure Wildflower & Heather Honey: Small-Batch Selection
Unfiltered, natural honey with wax comb, cappings, and propolis gathered gently from our hives and bottled in truly limited numbers. The only way to get a jar of this honey is from the croft. Each jar is a rare, small-batch gift from the bees themselves – a wonderful souvenir of your Highland travels.
A jar of pure, unfiltered , single apiary, Highland wildflower & heather honey, golden amber in colour, with comb and wax cappings. A rich, complex flavour profile reflecting the diverse flora of the Scottish Highlands. Very limited batch each year of 50 jars max. Each jar numbered on base. Weight at least 450g (nominal 1lb).
Honey is not suitable for children younger than 12 months.
Picking Up Your Honey: Find us at Croft 22 Achtoty, KW14 7TH. Once you have purchased your honey, it will be kept safe under your name for your visit. We check messages often, so just reach out if you have any needs. Look for the blue box by our gate at Croft 22 Achtoty. We are located on the quiet road in Achtoty, right across from the village hall. You can collect your jars directly from the blue box at your convenience. If you are passing by, feel free to send a quick note to see if we have extra honey jars available at the gate for you to buy. We look forward to sharing our honey with you.
